Star Plus’ television serial Anupamaa has been raking in all the love from the audiences ever since it started airing in 2020. Starring Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Apara Mehta and Gaurav Khanna, the show tops the BARC ratings every week. It enjoys a huge fan base on social media as well. The drama in the serial is at an all time high as Pakhi has returned home after being kidnapped by Romil as a prank. In the upcoming episode of the show it will be seen that Malti Devi will call Anuj her son, which will leave him feeling uncomfortable.

Today’s episode will start with Anuj saving Malti Devi from stepping on a paper weight. As he stops her, she calls him her son. Anupamaa returns and tells them to go home. At the Shah house, everyone is still upset over Pakhi giving Romil and Adhik a second chance. As Paritosh expresses his feeling, by stating that his sister wants to be great like their mother, Kinjal interrupts him by saying that people get better with love and guilt, not with jail time and punishment. Toshu reveals how foolish it is to trust Romil and Adhik. Kinjal shares how people need to trust others, even strangers, when the time comes. As Toshu tries to clear his point, Kinjal reminds him of the time he broke her trust. Further in the episode it is seen that Adhik is taking care of Pakhi, when Barkha suggests they should go on a date. Pakhi insists that Barkha tags along with them. As the couple decides to make it into a family outing with Ankush and Choti joining them, Pakhi even asks Romil to come. Romil refuses stating that he has work on his project. Pakhi tells him that she will help in his project as their movie is late at night. On the other hand, it is seen that Anuj expresses to Anu how uncomfortable he feels around Malti Devi. Anu tries to convince him to let Malti Devi stay with them just until she gets better. As the episode comes to an end it is seen that Malti Devi rushes to Anuj and hugs him. She pleads with him to take her back home, which leaves everyone shocked. As Anu explains to Malti Devi that the house does belong to son, Anuj leaves the place in a hurry. In the upcoming episode it will be seen that Anu will reach Malti Devi’s house and ask the servant to give her all of Gurumaa’s belongings. As she ruffles through the suitcase, she finds the birth certificate of Malti Devi’s son, which leaves her shocked.
